Equality in Health Highlights: Addressing Health Disparities Through Organizational Change

The initiative sought to decrease health disparities in Colorado by increasing cultural competency of health care organizations serving racial and ethnic minorities. Community Science, a social research and evaluation firm, conducted the evaluation.
